Every account money moves through. Each one can charge you differently to receive and to send — set both. A fee of 0 means it doesn't apply.
every account below works it out on this amount, so you can see which is cheapest before a big one. It changes nothing — it is a calculator.
Your books are kept in Naira and stay there. A currency here is a lens — it changes what the ₦/$ switch at the top can show you, never what is recorded. Add the ones you actually quote, buy or report in.
Currencies & rates
Add a currency

The rate is only a starting point. Every past top-up and order keeps the rate it was made at, so changing anything here never rewrites history.

This is what customers see. Every invoice, receipt and PDF this company issues carries these details — so each business in the group speaks for itself.
PNG, JPG or WebP, under 400KB. A square image works best. With no image, the initials below are used.
Set the discount once, here. Every product follows it automatically, so you only type a price yourself for the few that are different — do that on the Pricing page. A tier that a kind of customer is using can't be removed, and neither can a kind that has customers on it.
Price tiers
Kinds of customer, and what each pays

Pick a customer on an order and their kind decides the price — you never choose a tier by hand. Add a kind here (VIP, Staff, Partner) and give it a tier; add the tier itself above.

These fill the dropdowns on Add vendor. Anything already in use can't be removed.

Vendor types

What kind of supplier they are — this decides how they're grouped on Suppliers & Partners.

How you pay them

The route the money takes — bank transfer, cash, crypto.

When payment is due

The terms you agreed — this is what drives whether a bill shows as overdue.

When a customer becomes VIP, At Risk or Inactive

VIP is met by either threshold. Idle days count from the customer's last order. These drive the labels on the Customers tab.

Where leads come from

Fills the source dropdown on New lead and Add customer, and the source breakdown in CRM Analytics. Saved as you add or remove.

What customers complain about

Fills the category dropdown when logging a query, and groups them on the Queries tab. A category in use can't be removed. Saved as you add or remove.

Deleted items are kept here for 30 days before being purged.

Money customers have paid that you haven't earned yet. Someone overpaid, left a deposit, or an order failed and they'd rather use the money on something else than take a refund. It sits here until they spend it or you pay it back — and it is not income.

Products are shortcuts. Tag one to a supplier wallet and save its cost — then on an order you just pick it and type what the customer paid. Cost stays editable on every order.
You only price the exceptions. Every product takes its tier's standard discount unless you set one here — those say set for this one. The right tier is picked automatically from the customer's type when you create an order. Change a standard discount →

Payment fees · charged per sale, not a running cost
Payment fees are not a running cost. They're taken out of each sale by the gateway, so they sit between gross profit and net profit — counted once, never twice.

Roles add up — someone with two roles gets everything either one allows, and a narrower role never takes access away.

Pick a role, switch on what it may reach. Nothing changes until you press Save changes — you see first how many people it affects.

Note: this prototype hides data in the browser. Real enforcement needs the backend, where the server simply never sends restricted fields to that role.
